~In-Laws Came To Town~

Bob and Vicki came into town on Friday the 26th of Feb to Celebrate Christmas! We waited to celebrate Christmas with them til now because we had stayed in Ohio his past December. So if you have been over to our house recently and have been too scared to ask why the heck our tree was still up... now you know! lol. It will officially be coming down soon. :(

We played Ticket to Ride (Vicki Won), had my rents over for dinner (pix will be in another blog), opened gifts, assembled my "Clip it Up" and went to Shadow Box at Easton to watch my friend Andy perform in the "After Dark" production. Busy weekend!

~FEBRUARY TRIP~

We were in such a need for a mini vacation. So, we took one! My flower girl and her family live in Cincinnati. We went to go see them in October. We waited a year, after they moved, to visit because they bought a house and practically gutted it. When we went at Halloween they had the drywall and floors done and that was about it. It was so much fun to go then because we got to see how far they had come in the last 4 months with the house! Wow! The girls rooms were finished, the main floor toilet was in, the dinning room & e great room are almost complete! They have been working so hard to make it their dream home.

We had the most wonderful time while we were there. We took the kids to the conservatory for a photo shoot, went to breakfast with Malinda and Aiden, played board games, "walked the kids to the bus stop" (end of their driveway), had a lobster dinner together, went shopping for their clothes for the photo shoot and just played!

Rob and Malinda took us out to eat at Daveed's! Tommy and I had been there a couple of times (because they recommended it) but had not been in a while. Oh my... the food!!! Wow!!! We, of course, stopped by Ikea. We were in such a need to go. We only spent like $15 but what we would have payed for the same items, somewhere else would have cost a lot more. We also got cinnamon rolls for Bob and Vicki's visit. Yumm! You'll see that blog soon!

~Feb Trip Preview~

Here's a preview of our trip this past Tuesday through today. Can't wait to write you and show some of our favorite pictures. We went to Cinci to visit our friends the Stevens!

~Random (but Good) Monday~

I did not have the day off but I did not do much New Age Foto today. I worked on some Collections for Prints and a couple other things but mostly I did random things that needed to be done. Busy day but Fun day!

---Woke up to a text message, sent around 10pm last night! My friend Lauren got Engaged!!!! Yeah!!! He proposed last night at the family dinner (her side, they have it monthly).

---Got up at 6am and made a nice big breakfast (spicy pancakes) and took down the studio (in the living room). I also got my emails done and random house items.
---I chopped and sauteed 12 onions for Onion Dip, Onion Dip Pizza and French Onion Soup for us, Amber and my rents.

---Got so excited when Erica sent me two pix of Ella wearing the Onesie I made her!


---Had daddy over for lunch to eat Onion Dip Pizza with us! Yummmmy! Get's better every time that I make it. It was nice to sit and talk!
---Napped from 1:30 to 4:15! Hallelujah!!!
---Made Rachel Ray's Twice Baked Potatoes for Dinner, again, So Good!

---We have Tommy's rents in town this weekend so I got my office ready for them to stay in. I'm not gonna lie it was getting a lil messy!
---Finished Editing this Hot Pic of Tommy! ;) Yumm! I mean...

---Went to Amber's to visit and take 5 gourmet meals for her to eat though out the week. She was so excited and the baby is doing well. He was sleeping in her arms the whole time we were there. ;)
---Shopped at Meijer, Home Depot and dropped off checks at the bank around 9pm. Did all of this with Tommy! Call it a date night if you will! lol!
---Going to go watch Time Traveler's Wife with Tommy. We also rented "9"!

~Calling all Seniors~

Once again, what a day! Today we had two sessions for New Age Foto. They were both in for senior sessions. We were going to shoot outside but the weather was really bad so we ended up shooting them in the living room of our home. We had such a great time with both of them. They each brought tons of outfit changes and accessorizes. Check'em out!

This set of pictures are of Djenab she is South African and Chinese. Such a beauty. We met her through Tim, Ako and Aila. She is a Jr. at Thomas Worthington High School. We had so much fun playing around with lighting for her.

These photos are of Abby. She is the little sister of one of my bridesmaids. You might recognize her because she did a session in the fall. She wants photos done four times over the course of her Sr year at Centennial (where I went to school). She got so into it again! See below!
